The Top Hat is a headwear item, first released back on June 15, 2010. After a clearance, the hat made its comeback on January 17, 2013, during the Hatapalooza event. During the event, it was possible to buy the hat at the Canyons Pathway Hat Shop. Its last appearance was on May 4, 2017, during yet another Hatapalooza event.
The picture above shows you the default appearance of the Top Hat. It is a tall hat, with a wide and round brim. The base has a band, which is usually in a different color compared to the rest of the hat. At the top of the hat, you will find four large buttons. There are a total of twelve varieties of the Top Hat; eight original ones and four rare ones.
AJ Top Hat Varieties
Firstly, let’s take a look at the eight original varieties. Some of these have one color, while the others have two colors. In the pictures below, you can see the different original varieties.
Rare Jamaaliday Top Hat
This Top Hat was released on December 9, 2013, as part of Rare Item Monday. As the name already states, it is the Jamaaliday variant.
Rare Spooky Top Hat
The Rare Spooky Top Hat is another Rare Item Monday release, which was made available on October 27, 2014. It was part of the Night of the Phantoms event.
Rare Custom Top Hat
The last Rare Item Monday variant is simply called Rare Custom Top Hat, and was released on September 5, 2016. It was not part of any events, and was sold at the Diamond Shop.
Rare Top Hat
Even though this variant is rare, it is not part of Rare Item Monday. This Top Hat was available during the Leap Year Party on February 27, 2012, and released again on January 26, 2013 for Hatapalooza.
